Empowering journeys to personal healing

Hello, I’m Quisha Ray. For years, I was the woman who uplifted everyone around me while quietly shouldering my own burdens. Like many women, I became adept at being strong, successful, dependable, and resilient. However, I often struggled to pause and take care of myself. "Girl, Come Here" is emerging from a time of reflection, healing, and growth. As I journal, pray, and navigate my own challenges, I’ve come to realize that many of us carry wounds, disappointments, fears, and unanswered questions that remain unspoken. This journey isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating a safe space to be honest with yourself, draw closer to God, and allow yourself to heal. Through journaling, scripture, prayer, and real-life reflections, I hope to inspire women to stop merely surviving and begin living with greater peace, purpose, and confidence. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, facing a life transition, struggling with self-doubt, waiting on God, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, know that you are not alone. So, girl, come here. Let’s heal together. — Quisha Ray Author, Speaker, Photographer, and Woman Still Growing in Grace
